Documents reveal 'pro-Cuba' network plan to coordinate protests at ICE offices, military bases and federal buildings
An ADN Cuba investigation found that the National Network on Cuba (NNOC) developed a nationwide rapid response strategy designed to make a potential U.S. military intervention in Cuba "politically and materially costly." The plan directs affiliated groups to organize protests at ICE offices, military bases, and federal buildings while coordinating messaging, coalition-building, and activist mobilization across the country.
